The film Law abiding citizen is a very
intriguing movie with different displays of power. From this image of the main character putting his hands up half naked while in the
background you can see police officers or members of the FBI pointing shotguns at him. This is a very interesting shot because the fact that the main character has his shirt off may suggest power or muscle because normally when wrestlers or boxers are in the ring they're topless which may suggest that this character is in power and has control. However, the FBI pointing the gun toward him is obviously the main character in power which shows two different aspects of two different characters and their power. Also the fact the man is in a
formal setting of a office may suggest that this character is an intelligent one and may be involved with fraud or misidentify of some sort, which is a smart crime that requires intelligence because of its difficulty. The fact that this character is topless in this image may suggest he's handing himself in and is ready to go to prison and ready to wear the famous orange uniform, this may suggest guilt.
